Prof. Jonathan Liljeblad (Myanmar Correspondent)

Jonathan Liljeblad is a Senior Lecturer in the Law School of the Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia. He received a Ph.D. and J.D. from the University of Southern California. Jonathan also studied civil engineering and applied science at California Institute of Technology (B.S.) and the University of Washington (M.S.). He authored books and academic articles in internationally referred journals including Understanding the Complexities of Civil Disobedience for Cyberspace Protests in the Case of Aaron Swartz , 42 RUTGERS COMPUTER & TECHNOLOGY JOURNAL (2016). Jonathan is editor-in-chief of INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF RURAL LAW & POLICY. His research interests are in international law, human rights, and environmental issues.
