Iuliia Yu. Popova

Iuliia Yu. Popova is an Associate Professor of Far Eastern Federal University School of Law, Vladivostok, Russia. Professor Popova graduated from Far Eastern National University in 2007 and got her Ph.D. there in 2010. From 2007 to 2011, she was a deputy member of Primorsky Region (Russia) Legislative Assembly. Dr. Popova is Head of the Far Eastern Federal Office of the Association of Lawyers of Russia.
