OBJECTIFS ET CHAMP D'APPLICATION
La revue de l'Asie de l'Est et du droit international (ISSN 1976-9229) vise a promouvoir la recherche et la reflexion des juristes et praticiens provenant de l'Asie de l'Est ou de toutes autres regions du monde possedant une orientation regionale similaire. La revue invite la soumission de manuscrit portant sur toute preoccupation ou controverse d’envergure internationale ou comparative impliquant les affaires de l’Asie de l’Est. Tout developpement significatif lie a l’Asie de l’Est et au droit international sera traite. La revue tente d’introduire ces sujets sur la table des negociations a partir d’une perspective regionale de l'Asie de l'Est, prise independamment. Le caractere interregional de la revue est assure par son comite de redaction, ainsi que par son conseil consultatif international compose d’avocat(e)s remarquables puises de la region ainsi que de son reseau mondial. Les articles et autres documents contenus dans la revue refletent l'opinion de leurs auteurs sans necessairement coincider avec ceux du redacteur en chef, du redacteur administratif, ou encore du conseil de redaction de la revue.
